Successful online payments show a Razorpay/UPI success screen. We then send a booking confirmation and reference on WhatsApp. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we will verify and confirm.
Yes. Group discounts and private coach hires are available. Message WhatsApp +91 7718036300 with group size, date and pickup for a quotation. Group invoice/GST can be arranged on request.
When you pay online you will receive a basic invoice/receipt. If you need a formal GST invoice, request it on WhatsApp after booking and provide booking reference, billing name and GSTIN (if applicable). We issue GST invoices for group bookings on request.
2. Pickup Points & Timings
Pickups typically operate between 06:20 AM and 08:00 AM, depending on your boarding location. Final confirmed pickup time is sent over WhatsApp before departure.

Gateway of India is normally a halting/drop point. Some runs allow boarding at Gateway if routing permits and seats remain. Confirm availability on WhatsApp before the travel day.

Buses follow a strict route; drivers cannot wait beyond scheduled time. If you miss the bus, message WhatsApp immediately - options depend on remaining seats and routing. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

Foldable strollers can be accommodated where space permits. Wheelchair access depends on coach type; notify us before booking so we can arrange suitable transport or assistance where possible.
Yes. Each run has a professional local guide who provides commentary, coordinates halts and assists passengers.
Pets are not allowed on standard public-schedule coaches. Private charter options may allow pets if arranged in advance; check with support.
Coaches are maintained regularly, drivers are licensed and guides brief passengers at halts. Follow staff instructions, remain seated while moving and store luggage safely.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Support
Cancellation and refund depend on timing and booking type. Contact WhatsApp immediately. For same-day cancellations partial charges typically apply. Full/partial refunds are processed per payment provider rules.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Razorpay/UPI refunds typically reflect in 3–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider.
Rescheduling is allowed subject to seat availability. Request reschedule on WhatsApp with booking reference. A reschedule fee may apply for late changes.
For weather-related cancellations we offer alternate dates, credit or refunds depending on circumstances. We communicate changes via WhatsApp and provide next steps.
